Product Description

The DPP-260 Tablet Blister Packaging Machine is the latest and high automation product designed for middle and small sized factory, healthcare factory and preparation-room of hospital, especially for those who need small batches product but many kinds. The machine is adopted with PLC, frequency converter and touch screen operation. It can automatically finish the processed of feeding, forming, heat-sealing, pressing, batch number printing, punching and so on. It is the ideal packing equipment with convenience operation, full purpose function. The product passed the provincial science and technology appraisal.


Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, with novel structure, stable running, long longevity and low noise. Spare parts as heat-sealing station fixing, forming, impressing and cutting etc can move freely to adjust the distance and it is easy to change moulds. With manipulator towing and adjustable travel range, it can be suited for blister packing of various sizes. Flat plate structure can pack special shape products, such as : elliptic shape, square shape, liquid, paste and syringe etc.

 1. The DPP-260 blister packaging machine adopts positive/negative pressure forming, aircraft hole (optional), cutting, feeding, lower paper card, heat sealing, finished product conveying, etc., with simple structure and convenient operation;
2. Adopt 304 stainless steel cover, which meets the GMP requirements of the national pharmaceutical industry, beautiful appearance and easy cleaning;
3. Imported frequency conversion speed control, color touch screen (human-machine interface) and PLC programmable control system, high output, low noise, clear and simple operation, high degree of automation, more humanized;
4. Adopt servo motor stepless control stroke, easy adjustment stroke and convenient mold change;
5. Adopt photoelectric control, buzzer alarm when PVC hard film is used up and cardboard is not enough;
